tranny swap? dx?lx?

I was at the junkyard today and i was wondering if i could swap in the lx 5spd tranny into my dx 5spd pro? The guy there said it should work but i dont trust him, I want your guys second opinon.

engine mounts and axles will also have to change... but yes it'll bolt up
