Will I be able to my 94 DX sohc to a 94 RX7 engine? Or should I just order a DOHC from overseas?

Doing a little search for "13B" (one of the RX7 engines), the answer is going to be a no, unless you've got crazy $$$. Mazda has never put a rotary into a FWD car, so having a transmission would be a big issue.

Well last i heard u could swap in a rx7 motor if u have the 4x4 model protege.Because it has a different gas tank and a spot for the driveshaft .. How deep is ur well? .. U should either get a Klze (2.5 6 cylinder ) or the Bpt (1.8 dohc turbo) they are both fast .But i think the Bpt has more potential for ur money ...Jon
