i'm using the Bosch Platinum +4's, but really any decent and modest priced plug will do fine. unless you have forced induction or N2o. When i went to the dyno last month, these guys swaped plugs and plug wires on 2 turbo Nissan 200SERs, The Nology ones with separate ground wires.....didn't do a damn thing, for horsepower or torque....maybe MPG would improve with a better spark, but one would think power would increase too.........atleast a little bit.

Just get a decent set of plugs and wires, don't waste your money on the gimics.
