Unhappy screeching sound

hey wussup
aight first of all i'm new herre so i'd like to just say what up to everyone............
aight i just got a 90' pro about a month ago it's 5 speedshift: and the prob. i'm having is when i turn left and have the car in 2nd gear it makes a weird screeching sound like there's metal rubbing, it only happens when i'm cornering hard so i'm wondering if anyone else has had this prob. or if anyone knows what it could possibly be aight thanx peace out.

ball joints? tire rubing? brakes? dont corner hard that should fix it

i agree thanx no more hard cornering but i don't think it's anything to do with ball joint's brakes etc it sounds like it's coming from right under the car where the stick is which is why i mentioned that it was stick but thanx anyway

have you got under the car to check if anything is loose? maybe something to do with your exhaust?? just an idea....

no i haven't gotten a chance to get under the car yet, but i think it is something to do with the exhaust so i'm gonna check it out,
oh and no it only makes the sound when the wheel is turned to the left thanx though....

hey this just occured to me but when i put my preformance muffler on i hand a clunkish rattel noice from under the car and it was due to it hitting the frame where it goes up and over the rear axel so this may help you i dunno

thanks i think that's what the sound is it sounds like sumthin exhaust related, plus when i had the car in the shop to have a new muffler put on the guy said he heard a sound coming from under the car that was from a pipe so that's prob. what it was thanx
