About a few months ago I noticed my steering would get real hard when I tired to turn at full radius while stopped. Its ok once I get going, but when I stop the motor drags it down too much.

Now fast forward to a few weeks ago, summer is here so I decide to use my AC. Now it's making a horrible screech that eventually goes away at high speeds. But I CAN"T drive my car around town with the AC on because my car will not turn for the love of god. Once I turn my AC off the drag is off the engine and I can turn the car 90%.

Any ideas? Is my power steering toast? What about my AC?

 

I replaced and tightened them, even had a mechanic do it for me the last time with his tools...
