Fluctuating idle.....then stall out

My car has had problems for a while with the idle speeds. I use injector cleaner and recently got a new dist. cap, wires, and spark plugs. For the past few days it has been a big problem because the idle drops way under 500 and then sometimes stalls out. Can any help me with this? I"m not going to do it my self if as for I am illeterate when it comes to cars.

have your local shop run a code check on your ECU and look for a flag for the mass air flow sensor. by my experience and by conscenious (sp) i would be lead to believe that either your intake hose is cracked or your mass airflow sensor bit the dust. key sign about either is to drive it (automatics only), you literally have to 2-foot it to get it to drive. hope this helps.
peace
