Engine Swap

I'm in Quebec, Canada, and I own a '91 Protege SE, with over 240,000 KM. I'd like to swap the engine during the summer, but I don't know which one could be the best and the easiest to swap etc. Is the 323 GTX engine is hard to find ? As for the MX6 engine, is it a lot harder to swap than the 323 GTX ?
At the bottom line, I'd like to have between 160hp and 200hp under my hood.

I have a lot of questions here so I hope to find real help, and if someone within Quebec can help me I'm still looking for someone to do my engine swap so maybe I'll choose you!

Thanks!
