ECU in 323???Where is it?

Allright guys there's someone in my town that wants to buy the SOHC 1.8 out of my pro for $750 after i put my KL-ZE in (hopefully really soon ). A few months ago i was driving around and happen to see a parked 90-94 323 lx with 3 flats and a little bit of rear end damage (this was before i knew what i know now about the differences between the pro and 323) so i asked the guy if he wanted to sell it 'cus it just sits there (thinking that it may be a GTX or something also before i knew they didn't sell 'em in the US). So he tells me that he'll sell it to me for $250 bucks, it needs a radiator and tires. So now about 4 months later i'm gonna buy the car offa this guy and turn it into a drag car. Finally what i need to know is how hard is it to take out the ECU and where its located. This guy buying the motor offa me is going to put it in his Kia Sephia...(same guy that wanted to race me for 2 thats right 2 miles) it has the 1.6 SOHC is he gonna need the tranny out of the 323 also? Or he can he use the stock mazda tranny in his Kia with no problems? Well i guess i'm done rambling on and on. Cheese, Freeze, and Peas..

I think that's with the engine

It's behind the radio, you can get at it from both the passenger and driver's footwell (you might have to do both to get it out.) Basically there's just a screw or two and you pop a panel out to see it.
