BPT on stocker B6 ECU? (HELP!)

Hey guys, got my motor coming in a BPT motor on its way here. But the thing is there is no ecu that comes with the motor. The guy (JDMSOURCE in Calgary, btw he is super helpfull and I got a killer deal). Anyways, he said that I could run the BPT motor on my stock B6 ecu, aslong as I had a way of controlling air/fuel. (Which I do, I have an APEXi SAFC2 that I am very proficiant with (used on my RX-7)). Is this true at all? Or is he just pulling my leg. It seems like it would work, but then there wouldn't be any boost retardation/igniton timing retard. Also how would anything compensate for boost on an NA ecu?

Thanks

Ryan

The most compatible N/A ECU whit your BPT is the BP09 from the Protege LX and the Escort GT... here in PR are a few Pros and 323 running 12's whit this ECU
