Bp01???

I have the BP01 engine block.. but i only have SOHC? so the BP01 is made for DOHC? how much would a DOHC run me?

so if i got a DOHC head, would it work? would i have to replace pistons and such if i did?

Using the DOHC head with the SOHC pistons yields 8.2:1 compression. Great for turbo, but sucks for NA. New pistons from Mazda would yield 9.0:1 (pre-mid-'94's have 8.8:1, even though the spec is 9.0:1).
