Question 1st Gen LX: CAI vs. Short Ram

Which do I do?

How do the benefits, installation, labor, parts, and prices match up for a Cold Air and a Short Ram setup?

Will a CAI be as complicated as it was for my Accord [i.e. cut through my manifold]? How much better is a CAI than a short ram on a DOHC 1.8L engine?

If anybody that has doen either could give me a bit of info that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

cold air is pretty simple, just get a vaf adapter, 90 degree 2.5" piping from jcwhitney, cone filter, and a coupling. to benefit the cold air more, cut a hole ont he bottom of the wheel well. short ram IMO, is the same setup as a stock intake but with a metal tubing
