New tires?

Hello Guys,

I'm new to the club eventhough I've owned my P5 since August of 2001. But I have a couple of questions. Do size 205 tires fit okay on the stock rims? And what All-Season tires do you recommend? Being in NH, I need something that is good in the snow. As you guys probably already know, there are very few tires in 195/50/16, and the stock SP5000's just aren't cutting it. I was interested in the Dunlop SP Sport A2's but they only come in 205/55/16. I doesn't really matter to me that my speedo will be off by a mile an hour or 2. I just want them to fit okay without rubbing.

I appreciate any help you can give.

Thanks,

Steve

I was running 205/45/16 's on the stock rims and autocrossed as well as tracked the car with 2" lowering springs and no rubbing at all. I just switched yesterday to a 215/45/16 and so far on the street still no rubbing. I will find out next weekend at the autocross track. I can't really suggest an all season tire because I plan on using the stock Dunlops for my all seasons. They are better all seasons than the Azenis sports that are on now.

You should be fine with 205/55's... I couldn't see that beign a problem.
