Calgary Meet 2
 

Friday October 11th at 5pm. Mesoh and I will drive out Elbow Fall's and sit and chat. We'll meet at McMahon Stadium at 4:15pm and head out at 4:45pm, from the SE parking lot. Be at the Falls around 5:30 pm (or something like that), it all depends on how fast he drives (hehe) Jayrox and Pcat know what I am talking about. Sky can you come (this is a Friday you know)?

i don't get home until 5 at the earliest so i'm out. have fun.

Hmmm, maybe I'll take the day off and head down to Calgary early and spend the day there. I can take care of some other stuff while I wait to meet up with you guys. Count me in for now unless something else creeps up and bites me :D. I'll bring more club stickers.

Hey 90210brandon, I just ordered my new cup holders for my P5. I got fed up with the stupid ones that came with mine. Unfortunately only comes in that silver finish so I will have to get some paint to match my interior.

Just to let you know, we finally upgraded our board at www.mpsport.net and we've added a calgary/edmonton area (which I will glady change to JUST a calgary area if you wish)...

is the meeting place @ mcmahon the same as the first 2 meets?

i would say most likely, however if not the parking lot is not that big, and by october there will be few leaves to hide us wherever we might be

Meet at McMahon, cruise to Elbow Falls, chill, eat, drive back. October 11th. Meet at McMahon, 4:15pm, leave at 4:45pm, be out at the Falls whenever, and everyone else welcome to come when they can. We will be out there. Some place different to go to. It should be nice.

I'll see if I can take that day off work then... If not, I won't be able to make it. :(

Would you mind bringing wood for 1 site and enough to keep the fire going for a couple of hours? I am going to see if I can find some too, for when I go earlier than other people. I figure everyone should bring their own smokies/buns/condiments/whatever so that we have enough/too-much and if you snooze, you lose. Just trying to make it easy. Sorry everyone. If the ppl on the board have any other suggestions don't hestitate to tell me here, before 'we' go. :(

sounds good, i'll see if i can get any wood....hahaha:D and i'll bring some flyers or a paper. I don't have an axe or anything perhaps we need one...? yeah i will post directions tonight for all who don't know how to get there.

from south take macleod south to 22x west follow for aboot 45 mins. 22x will take you all the way out just look for the signs.

from north take sarcee south to highway 8 follow to end of 8 and turn west (left) to bragg creek. go until 4way stop. turn left at stop. follow to 22x turn right on 22x and follow aboot 20 or so mins. look for the signs

or take 1 west to cochrane turn off. go west (left) to bragg creek. left a the 4 way in bragg creek.follow thru and turn right on 22x. follow aboot 20 or so mins. look for the signs

if these directions are not clear or simple enough, i suggest you buy a map.
