Brady and I plan on being there tomorrow. But i need to know exactly where to go.........or at least an address to put into mapquest. I'll prolly be coming from the mall of america area, because we might head there first if we get down there early enough. So if someone could give me an address of where this is, then that would be great.

 

Protege Menece posted some maps eariler in the thread, look at the last map posted and lets try to meet off of Pineer trail at the Starting Lake Entrance.

For some of us, we will be meeting at McDs around 5:30. If you live North of 94, near Minneapolis or the Unniversity of Minneasota, join us. Here is a map You would take the Stinson/New Brighton Blvd exit and head N.

The people from the N. Will be fighting rush hour the whole way there, and we might be late. Lets aim for 6:30 - 7. I'll grab a bag of charchol. Everyone bring something to share if you can. Jim's got the tongs.

Hey guys, can someone PM me some basic easy to follow directions? were minneapilis newbies and don't feel like getting lost

 

If you are going to be at the Mall of America (MOA), don't bother meeting us at McDs. Just go straight to the meeting site. From the MOA I would go 494 West to HWY 212 (Flying Cloud Drive) and go South to Pioneer Trail and go West to the Staring Park Entrance, by the Amphitheatre.

If you are not going to the MOA, then take 35W South to the New Brighton Blvd. / Stinton Exit and look for McDs, can't miss it. If you go by Downtown Minneapolis, then you went to far, and just continue down to 494 and follow the above directions.

 

And hey, everyone try and grab something. I'll be bringing a case of soda.

 

As for the directions, I think you could also take 35W South to 62 West to 212 South, and follow the rest of the directions above.

Should have brought him along! Too bad that you missed that cop thing, the two cops we ran into were pretty cool about things, It helped that our kind of club is a novelty out that way. Though when leaving the church parking lot the cat calls were a bit different!

A little while after you left Bud_d, a cop did come by and asked us what was going on, as we were all starting to leave I pulled up and spoke with him that we were just taking pictures and were starting to leave anyway. On the way out there were a bunch of people there and some kids. The kids were clapping and cheering us on, I heard one kid say that they were some pretty cool WRX's there! I also heard some of the adults yell to get out of here and damn ricers. Anyway it was all fairly stupid and annoying but not nearly as bad as the rent-a-cop from Rainbow last time.
