My wife and I are both signed up for the Group 12 (9:20 registration time) race on Sat. June 7th. We would be happy to meet up for breakfast and to try and fill up Perkins' parking spaces with Mazdas. We also would be happy to help up with setting up anything related to our club spot (i.e. chairs, signs, banners, etc.) Keep me posted and you'll see me practicing on the streets (any police officers reading this, please disregard the last statement. Ha.). Peace.

I'll be at Perkins for breakfast at 7:30 on the 7th, stickers in hand...I'll even help apply 'em, if people need help. And I'll be happy to help set up. I have plenty of time; I'm in Group 19, I don't sign in until 11:00.

We'd love to have you all join us in Las Vegas in October as well! You can read about the 2003 ALL-Mazda Nationals here!

i am very upset now. i just remembered that the rev it up is on the 7th and 8th. i really wanna go, but the problem is that i am having surgery on my wrist this thursday to repair some torn ligaments. i'll be in a cast for 8 weeks. man, this is gonna suck big time. no fishing, no rev it up, no swimming, and most importantly, NO BASEBALL!! aaaaaahhhhh.

Mark_02DX May-27th-2003 05:22 PM

Aah, just leave it in second gear and drive one-handed...:D

Hope you heal quickly... Are you still going to come check things out?

Do we know if we're using manuals? I thought the rumor was automatics, which if that's the case, it won't be as big a deal. At least it's not your right leg!, might be hard to hit the accelorator.

Oh great. So we have to shift, but try to remember not to step on the nonexistent "clutch." Should be interesting.

i'm definetly planning on coming out to check things out still. i just won't be able to drive. i'm pretty sure they wouldn't let me anyways with a cast on my arm.

well i'm back from the hospital now. damn does it hurt like hell. they put some pins in my wrist to hold it all together. i have a soft cast/sling for now. i go back on the 10th to get a hard cast which will be on for 6-8 weeks. they gave me some percicet too. very nice:D
