sorry, can't make it to the picnic, got other plans going on...but would be very interested in meeting somehwere 7'ish and heading down to the show.
i will keep checking this thread for final plans....

OK , First of all, Foxy good luck with funeral.. I hope everything works out....
For the meet it seems like we've got Red Devil, JPerrez, P.Angel, and Macdaddy... Anyone Else?????????????
The plan so far is to meet at in Brandon at the same place at 7 O'clock... From there we're going to the import car show... Please don't be late becaue we won't have that much time to wait...

Tampa's Monthly Protege Meet
The Monthly Protege Meet is
SAT -May 10 at 7:00 PM
Same Place
THE MEET IS ALWAYS THE FIRST SAT OF EVERY MONTH SAME TIME AND PLACE
The Directions
From South of Tampa
Take I-75 North to exit # Old 51 and the new one is # 257
If your coming north bound Exit towards your left
(IF YOUR COMING FROM THE SOUTH BOUND EXIT TOWARDS YOUR RIGHT)
Turn left and head west bound on Adamo/Hwy 60.
Make another left on Falkenburg Rd , you'll see a Hooters and it will be the first light u can turn left on.
Head south for about 2 miles to your third light then make a left on Causeway.
Go over the bridge thorough one light and turn into the Chick-Fli parking lot. Behind Taco Bell you'll see a bunch of Pro's.

well, i finally had a chance to make it out to THE SAME PLACE for the very first time, but didn't see any protos out there, maybe next time. did anyone even show up? i waited until about 7:05. if you missed the show, you didn't miss anything. i took a few pics, but they're not worth the trouble. i've seen better, like HIN coming up in Orlando June14 - that's a real show.

I showed at 7:15 and waited until 8:15 and not one car showed,thanx guys for all your participation!!! the show sucked,but we rode out to the races at Gandy which kicked ***!!!! I raced a 2nd gen who handed me my ***,and MX6GT smoked a couple cars,saw a few pros and a local RX-7 club....If there is anybody willing to join a car club in which people actually show let me know...I am starting a different one,but it wont be just Pro's now,cuz we dont have much support around here.....
