the 1.6l cai

for those with the injen cai for the 1.6l do most of you guys or girls still have it installed in your car? i know about all the problems but do u think it causing any harm to your car? I wanted to know if anyone has fixed any of the problems ? i think thats the only intake they make for the 1.6l which sucks has anyone contacted injen about it yet? One last question does the homemade cai intakes work with no problem? maybe i can cut of the oem filter box and but a cone filter there where the oem filter box was suppose to be and kinda make a short ram i dunno trying to do something

i've still got mine on, and no problems any more. just clean the maf, and make sure you have no leaks.

I still have mine installed. I need to do what Protetype did and make a special gasket for the MAF, so I can fix the jerking problem.
