Well, after doing some checking on location, here is what I have come up with. Meeting at the Millennia Mall is out for now as there are "No Trespassing" signs up around the complex. BJ's seems like it will be alright as there is plenty of parking and I really don't expect too big of a group at this meet. So here are the details:

What: Orlando Meet
When: Saturday, July 20 6:00pm
Where: BJ's Wholesale Club Parking lot (see directions below)
Who: Central Florida Orlando Protege Club and friends

Directions :
From the East:
Take I-4 west to Exit 78 (Conroy Road) Take a left at light at top of exit. At 2nd light, make a left. Entrance to BJ's is on the left.
From The West:
Take I-4 east to Exit 78 (Conroy Road) Take a right at the light at end of exit. Make the first left and BJ's entrance will then be on the left.

I figure as we enter the parking area, the first Stop sign you come to, make a right and we can park on the immediate left along the road.

Let me know who is planning on making it. I will be there rain or shine. If no one shows, at least I can go shopping at BJ's!

 

Ok rider69 I think we got like 10 peeps wanting to meet on sat. the site has pulled in quite a few members. See with a little work what you can do. now Im thinking food..... There are quite a few resturants in the area. What do you guys think?

 

Not too far from there, just down Vineland Road is AleHouse or Hooters. Not far from there is a Friday's or Ruby Tuesdays or Roadhouse Grille. Not sure if I will make it for eats, but will be at the meet.

 

I actually live right around there in Metrowest. I do think Ale house would be cool. Get some brew while we chill

 

I will be there. Can't do the food thin, though but I should be there by 6:15, 6:30. I get opff work at five, run home, grab a bite to eat, and then head out.

Rats!!! Work went late and then I missed the exit and got stuck on I-drive. I saw a few of you pulling out of BJ's. How many showed up? Rat Farts! Oh well, there is next month I hope. If work gets real busy Saturday Nights might be bad for me. Did anyone take minutes?

BTW, I know your sig says no mods, but you wouldn't happen to have an exhaust on your car would you? I saw a Red P5 yesterday and thought it might be you. It was in the south Orlando, Central Florida Parkway and OBT area.

 

My car would be REALLY loud if I didn't have an exaust. No like it says I'm more interested in paying off my loan early. I figure if I do that then in 3 years or so I can go crazy with the money I saved in interest. I'll keep checking the board for more info.
