Bouncy Ride/Pulling Right Hard/Loose Steering

The last 6 months or so my 2011 Mazda 3 has had a very rough bouncy ride and a bad alignment, Ive taken it to 3 different shops and they keep telling me they cant find a propblem.I did replace my front shocks but the car still drives really bouncy. As for the alignment I was told by 2 different mechanics that the cause for my car pulling right is one I have a bad right lower control arm and the other mechanic told me its becuase of a bad right tire. I do not know who to believe. And I do have a loose steering wheel. I have all these problems but cant find whats wrong.

I did the tie rods on my 3 recently. Had it aligned afterwords and it pulled to the right. Took it back and he claimed it was because I had radial tires. Which I doubted because most tires now are radial and it never pulled before I did the work. He switched the sides and sure enough it pulled to the other side. Got new tires and it fixed the problem. I guess the only thing you could take from my experience would be to rotate the front to tires and see if it pulls the other direction. If so then it's most likely the tires. Hope this helps.
