i think i have a bad cat
so i think ive got a bad cat, in TN there are no emission laws/tests. if i straight pipe, can i skip the second 02 sensor and call it a day? or is that going to cause other problems. i just dont want to spend the $$$ on a new cat, im not gonna own this vehicle for more than a few years

more info, sorry, its a 2002 protege 5spd with 210k miles on it. i think it was popping code p0421
