2006 Mazda 3 Wont Start

I have recently changed the (TSS) Turbine Speed Sensor, also known as the Pulse Generator due to my car being in "Limp Mode" and not shifting out of 3rd gear. After i completed the project i started the car and it ran fine. The next morning I went out to start the car and it would not start. The starter did not engage or crank. I can here the "clicking" of the fuses in the main fuse box under the hood but nothing else. I checked the fuses and they are all fine, the battery is new and fully charged and I checked the Park/Neutral sensor and the car will still not start. I am almost certain it is an eletrical issue. Does anybody know what it can be or what i can try.

Thanks alot.
