DRL not working on 2006

DRL not working on 2006
My 2006 Mazda 3 Daytime Running Lights stopped working. Both lamps are new and all fuses are good.
Anyone have a circuit diagram for DRL for 2006 or +/- 2years. It would also help if the location of all components on the car to be checked are shown/described.
Any suggestions or help appreciated.
