Windows doesn't clear mist

I got a 2012 Mazda3 for couple of months and now its getting chilly out there and the windows starts to have a layer of mist in the morning. I pull the windows down and back up but it doesn't clear the mist at all, I guess because the rubber isn't touching the windows. Is this built quality issue? Can the dealer fix it?

Try the defroster.

Well the mist is outside the side windows, not the typical fogging up inside the car situation. Only thing to do is wipe it with a cloth myself or let it evaporate as I drive along. So like I mentioned above, is this built quality issue? (shouldn't the rubber be contacting on the windows and wipe the mist?)
