Koni fsd vs koni sports

What is yalls opinion on koni FSD and koni sports. I have to dying front struts, I want to upgrade to a more aggressive ride for 90% daily driving and 10% auto crossing and track days. I want to keep stock sprigs for now, just don't have enough for the hole deal. Also what about koni STR.T shocks

Excuse my ignorance but are struts and shocks different. And why are coil overs so much better than struts

Do not use raceland if you want something quality.
Koni STR.T and Eibach Pro Kit Springs are the best overall street ride and performance for the money.
Buy them at http://www.crossoverauto.com
