I am having difficulty finding answers about what the diameter is of the stock exhaust on my 2004 Mazda 3 s. Does anyone know what it is? Thanks!

 

do you have a tape measure?
are you looking to replace or just upgrade?

 

Haha by this time I have measured it, yes, with a tape measure. I measured out 2'' which is another reason I question the stock diameter. I heard it was 1 7/8" and I do not have that.

I don't think I will replace it for a while. Just wanted to do an axle back exhaust or maybe just a glasspack muffler. I didn't want to get something and the inlets and outlets be too big or small for the stock exhaust.
