I recently purchased a 2011 Mazda 3 i Touring sedan that has Bluetooth device (name Mazda) standard. I removed the 6CD radio installing a Pioneer 2DIN radio with bluetooth device (name AVH-P3300BT). All works.

On start-up, Mazda bluetooth device broadcasts, having have ability to disable or change order, other than sending a NO to 'connect to Mazda?'. I then manually connect to AVH-P3300BT.

I have tried auto-pair AVH... and all other options. My questions are:

1. Can I remove the Mazda device? Seems it is buried somewhere
2. I will keep the car 2-3 years and will re-install standard radio. How difficult to re-install Mazda Bluetooth device?
3. Any visual diagrams would be appreciated.
