I have a 2004 mazda 3 2.3L The car over heated to the point where the heads were .045 out so I rebuilt the motor and I cant get it to start So i did the basic check my fuel pump works but the cylanoid wont allow fuel pass to the fuel rail and There is no spark from the spark plugs I put new ones in and still nothing. your thoughts...
