i want to lower my p5 but affraid that the rear is going to be lower than the front and i kind of dont want coilover and i just want a nice drop and pretty good ride. Any suggestion? also im willing to buy other suspension any sellers? thanks

 

There are spring sets made specifically for the P5, that account for it's heavy rear end and don't lower it as much.

Make sure you dont buy springs for the sedan, as they will really make the back end look too low.

 

Here are some photos of my car with Tein HTech springs--a good compromise in performance, drop, and ride quality.

oh and with tires that have a smaller diameter than stock tires... they are 205/40-17. If you had some 215/49-17 or 205/45-17 there'd be a decent bit less wheel gap.

it's a very even drop.. those pictures include a full tank of gas and an extra full size spare rim and tire, plus subwoofer (it's only 15-20 pounds.. infinity basslink).

what springs where u talking about n how much u think they go for? also what do u guys think about the H&R springs n tanabe or the progress?

how much did your set go for?

 

eibach prokit springs have great ride comfort too, just as comfortable as stock. I would say the drop is perfect, but i have a 10 in sub in the back. It doesnt look lower than the front. Dont really have much to say about the performance, it's definitely alot better, but i dont drive my car superhard either.

 

The springs were around $194 I think.
