i finally did it...

bought a vinyl cutting machine... 29.5" usable width woot!

and a black macbook 2.0Ghz


hopefully will make me a nice lil side business...
already have an order for 4 signs, and a good chance of lettering some dirt track cars

 

I've been experimenting with the idea of paiting my CF hood yellow on the sides to give it the V carbon look that most members go with, but I'm really not sure if I'll like it cuz of the CF eyelids. So I've actually been lookin around for some vinyl that would match the body color to see how it looks before painting it. Either that .. or have someone voluntarily photoshop it for me (I suck with Adobe).

So if I was to go the vinyl route, you think you could hook me up?

Computer came last night, its soo sweet! 2.0 dual core, 2g ram, 120g HD os X - woot! (and its black... of course) - got most of my software installed last night, now just need to hook it to the cutter and i'm good2go
even got some vinyl already - Black/White/Red/Bright yellow/Lime Green/pale gold

working on a sign right now for a frame/body shop up the road (one that works on my cars), 3 colors (black/green/yellow on white metal)

ive got cs2 coming, and ~ 600,000 clip arts to work with - collection even has a mazda protege!

don't see why not, as long as I can get the correct measurements, and its not wider than 29.5"
