Exclamation bigger gains

hi new to this forum first of all , and second would a header or the manifold off protege garage give a bigger gain i got a 01lx 2.0l with sr intake

Header. No Question. Then an underdrive pulley. Then do the improved manifold - or mod your own.

Good point.
What is your total budget?
How much hp are you looking for?
Does your budget include suspension/brake upgrades as well? Audio? Wheels?

Don't spend money until you know the goal for the car. You will waste time and money if you change your mind and go turbo (or go back to n/a)....

Let us know what you plan - we have been there/done that!
