so i made this heatshield, from some super sweet diamond plate, its all i had at the moment, and i didnt like how shiney it was, so i painted it gloss black, i also intend to paint all my intercooler piping the same, or maybe have it powdercoated, dunno yet, also i think im gonna take off my valve cover, and paint that gloss black as well, thought??? but let me know what you think, better, or worse???

lol pretty much, actually today i made another one, with just reg aluminum, looks much better then the diamond plate.

looks good! IMHO i would just go with some regular flat metal, no diamond....but thats just me. nice work too!
