Make sure you buy penetrating oil & lube the **** out of all the bolts. Then let them sit for atleast 1/2 hour or more before even trying to loosen them.

 

The trick is to do it when everything is still semi-hot. Once the metal cools the bolts lock together tighter then an alter boy's *** at a priest's convention.

B warned. I have never removed headers b4. I am a rotar nut from way back. 12A and 13B are my specialities.

 

We'll keep the lube and oil on hand for the hot tub party
