Exclamation Anyone got the scoop on this new "zero tolerance" policy in Richmond?

hey guys...

dunno if any of you were watchin but it's all over the news... richmond rcmp were shown towing/ticketing "any" vehicle with aftermarket modifications (exhaust, lowering, tint, etc...) as a result of the recent accidents...

personally i'm not sure if that's legal... i know there's laws against tinting the front, and i know you can't go pure black... there's the 22" headlight rule for lowering, and the dB/emissions laws for exhaust, but i still don't see how they can tow ppl if we aren't past the limits... anyways, if you've got the 411 plz pass it along! thanks!
