need help w/rear calipers

need help w/rear calipers

i was trying to put new pads on the rear brakes of my '02 p5, but i'm having trouble compressing the piston. do they just push back or do they need to be twisted in?

i've tried pushing them in but bent the c-clamp i was using. i also bled it but still nothing.

there is a hex-key that must be loosened before the caliper will compress.
