low beams too bright?

i was wondering if any one else has this problem. when driving at night people will often flash their brights at me b/c they think i have mine on. it happened 5 times tonight, and i have stock headlights. i am starting to drive w/my hand on the lever ready to bright the ******** back and make them feel dumb. its frustrating. anyone else notice this or have this problem?

do you drive with your foglights on by any chance? if so....that would be the reason why it only happens to me when my foglights are on.

my wife was following me last night in my p5 and the head lights were bright I had to pull over and ask her to turn off the brights....come to find out, they weren't on. They are just damn bright I guess.

the lights are bright fothermuckers. one of mine went out yesterday and you know how the foglights go out when you turn the brights on... well i found that if you hold the stalk in just the right position the foglights stay on with the brights! just thought that ws interesting if anybody cares.

sheesh with lights that bright you'd give oncoming motorists a tan.

I guess its normal. I always get flashed about my head lights. I just flash my high beams back at them

yep...happens all the time.....our lights are just brighter than the average cars....and I like it that way....at least I know they see me....

so all I do is if someone doesn't like my low beams....I show them the highs...... :{D

If you've lowered your car, lots of kits lower the rear more than the front. This will result in too-high headlight aim, great for hunting birds at night in the telephone poles, but not for oncoming motorists.
