My new engine is in and done!!!

So I blew my engine about a week ago as some of you know. I just got my car back, and boy what a difference a new engine makes! I also got denso iridium plugs which are very noticable, and new everything else essentialy but just in general it is so much tighter, sounds better, everything. Happy but broke.
So here is the question. The engine they got is from an mp3. Now I am fairly sure they are the same engine but thought I should ask just in case. I think the big difference is the engine cover which is sort of cool and the ECU which I did not get with it, DAMN. So is the harness for the mp5 the same as the mp3? Does the chip go in easily? And has anyone done the swap? what does it entail, I am competent but no mechanic so should I get someone to do it? Blah blah I can't think of more questions, so off to the comment races we go.
Thanks
J

the only difference is the ECU....there is no chip, at all. What you've got is as good as it gets. Just leave it alone and enjoy your new motor.
