I have a 2002 Protege 5 w/71k and the struts are leaking. dealer said need new ones but winter. at the latest. looking for some advice as to what upgrades are available over the oem ones. and what about springs? looking to upgrade those as well. thanks

 

I'm still using the OEM struts but I installed the Eibach Pro-kit recently-- I highly recommend them.
As for struts, the MSP's or Tokicos seem to be pretty popular 'round here.
