I've searched and searched with no avail.... I've looked at the to styles of fronts and was wondering if i can easily change the front of my 2000 ES to that of say the MP-3 or MS Protege front?


Is it just the fenders, front support, headlights and bumper?

Any help/info would be appreciated OR make it easy on me and lemme know if the 01+ lips for the Pro will fit my year? Thanks!

i think the lips will fit with little modification....

if you want to do a whole front end change

you will need:
front bumper
hood
fenders
headlights

and it wont be cheap, that is a lot of stuff to get, and very expensive parts....

 

Yeah I just priced all that would be needed and it is pricey! So i think i'll just do the MP-3 skirts, rear lip and find a lip for the front. Thanks a lot bro

maybe you can go for a different bumper later on, maybe even sport20, that should look really sick, considering u will already have the skirts and rear lip to compliment it...

Yeah, i think next month I'm just going to bite the bullet and buy the Mazdaspeed front bumper from www.corksport.com. I like it and think it'll look sweet w/ the skirts and rear

i was wondering.... any difference from the corksport 'ms style' one and the actual mazdaspeed one????

 

from what i understand there is a front lip made for the 99-00 front end in japan, but it is very hard to get. the ms style bumper from corksport is just a fiberglass stock bumper with the lip on it basically, but its all one piece and its a replica.\

btw if you want a front lip do what i did read my sig.

 

isn't it a replica of the mazdaspeed one, and not a stock bumper

the mazdaspeed bumper almost looks stock, but its different, the opening are bigger at front

 

it might be a mazdaspeed replica ... all i know is that it is supposed to be a lip that you can get from japan because thats the lip i originally wanted when i saw it on some black protege but it took me forever to find out i couldnt have it, i dont know what the 99-00 mazdaspeed bumper lloks like, so you very well could be right.

yes, why did you pick the crapy pic? the stock tails are going back on and the emblems are gunmetal now though.

what website was it one, i painted the emblems, and i like the tails just they need to be sealed up again ... they are fogging up
