lol no thats just the name of the dealership. the peltier coolingdevice was made by some french guy named peltier in 1831 or something LOL. Ironic, tho its probably what made me think of the idea. The peltier tec is not a brand just a type of cooling effect. Wikipedia Peltier Effect Definition
