I don't know if anyone else has done this, but over the weekend I painted the two front grills on my silver P-5 red. Damn...looks like a whole different car! My front end has the Mazda leather bra, so against the silver/black it REALLY looks cool! The top one came out easy to paint it, but I had to mask around the bottom one. Wow.

A while back I painted my ATGrills kit a lighter silver than what it came with, and it looked awesome. I am looking forward to seeing a pic of this.

just on the same note, i have a 2002 MP5, Black and i just finished painting my top and bottom grills in silver, and yes, it does look awesome. it was a bitch to take the bottom one off, but i managed. looking forward to upload pictures here by next wednesday, and then on the 21st i''mm off that weekend and the TEIN-S are going on, its going to look sweet. ..

 

Um, Red + black makes me want to hack. Red + silver insures against it being pilfered. Yeah its crappy, but boo hoo.
