Replacement steel wheels for a 2003 Protege LX

Hi,

I bent one of my stock steel wheels and I need to replace it. The dealership is charging $187 CDn. I'm not willing to pay that so I am checking out wreckage yards. I know with older proteges they shared parts with the Ford Escort. Is this still true for the 2003. Can anyone suggest another source to get the wheel from?

Thanks,
Valens

The Escorts with steel wheels were all 13 & 14". You need 15x6", and the 4x100mm in steel is hard to find. You're in a real pickle. Unless you know someone at a dealership or who can get them wholesale. MazdaMotorsports sells stock parts at a huge discount IF YOU RACE the car in sanctioned events. If you know anyone who auto-x's maybe they can help get you signed up. They want about $70.00 ea. for those wheels. This would maybe be a great opportunity to upgrade your wheels considering the cost.

Check w/ TireRack or Blackburn's Hubcap and Wheels. Blackburn's business is only used OE wheels and hubcaps.
