What type of exhaust do you people recomend. I had a tanabe on my 1998 protege but it was wrecked and now I bought a 1999 1.6. I'm not really sure what mods are out there for it. Any help would be apperciated.

 

if you know someone who welds, or you can weld... i've got a cracked bosal exhaust for the 1.6 that i'm willing to part with, REAL CHEAP. you can get a new one for $350, or different exhausts that are twice as much. pm if you're interested.

 

skunk2 has an exhaust that is pretty mean. kind of pricey though, it really depends on how much you are willing to spend. i am going to build my own exhaust, gonna try to pull a dual exhaust system. i just need to get access to a lift so i can map out the pipe, or i gues to see if it is possible.
