My teeth are shaking off

I changed :

Rotor
Cap
Wires
Sparkys

and my teeth are shaking like a **** when i'm at a stop light. I think my car idles too low, or it could be the timing. It runs great over 1k rpm,

I'm changing the timing belt and water pump tomorrow (much needed maintance w/102k miles)

anyone ever experience this?
