I'm assuming that the MP3 crankcase plasitc cover will fit on all versions of the FS-DE? If so, is there anywhere I could get one? I'd like to find one with the Mazda Emblem if possible (like found on the FS-ZE) for my MP5. Does Mazda have a part number for it, or do I have to go looking elsewhere?

 

In addition to the cover you would also have to buy the valve cover as it has supports and bolt holes cast in the aluminum for mounting the engine cover.

 

I tried to fit a cover on but he is right there is nothing to hold on to without the threaded holes?

 

Is there a pic of this cover somewhere?

 

the only difference between this one and a stock one is the color; stock covers are grey/black.

I have one from my MP3, and a Sport 20 cover from my new FS-ZE engine. I have a proposed buyer lined up right now. If that does not work out, I may sell my old Valve cover and one of the engine covers.

 

Thanks for the replies. IMO, I think I would polish the valve cover or get it powder coated red or yellow.
