Im trying to get the web address for taikara I think it is......someone please help me out, I want to take a look at the front lip spoiler ............BTW anyone have any info on a header for the P5???

 

Yeah, there is no one currently making a header for the P-5. With the Cat right at the end of the exhaust header IF someone was to make a tube header for it....it would have to be a short tube header...some have done R&D work on this and found NO or so little increase that it wasn't worth the production cost....as with no real gain...why bother. SO, unless you want to custom make a long tube header....and then have a custom exhaust system made.......well that is your options now. Seems a CatBack system is about all that is readily available for us now.

 

awrracing.com is showing a 4-2-1 header for a 2.0 L engine should fit our P5's. Eliminates converter.

part way down the page is a picture of a white MP5 with front spoiler lip and grille insert. Then further down is a good pic of 2 yellow MP5's one with kit and one without. What a difference!!

Why won't an aftermarket company make a header that removes the primary cat? Then it could be just like any normal header and link to the cat underneith the car.

 

That lip looks sweet but the price is high and I don't think it looks right with the front lower than the sides.

 

The price is kinda high considering it isnt aready painted or anything but it looks ok though
