Hood prop modification

Hood prop modification

I wonder if anyone knows if there are kits for replacing the hood prop with a pair shocks? Or if any of you have tips on how to do it. Thanks.

I wish I knew because I love the hoods that are held up by shocks. My mom's Maxima is like that.
