rims rubbin again!!!

rims rubbin again!!!
i have 17" Eagle alloy rims on my 1993 protege..tires are Yokohama Avid H4 205/40 and the offset of the rims is +40
now why the hell are they rubbin !? Their not rubbin on the fender its sumthin else..i was thinkin maybe the lower part of the strut platform..but i have no idea..think i could get 4x100 rim spacers and shove the rim a few mm out?
