SSR Competitions 18x7.5

Tire Rack says that these rims with 42mm offset and 215/35/18 will be ok on a 2001 Protege Sedan.

Anyone have these rims on there car?

Don't be surprised of you get them and rub the **** out of your tires.
I don't think anyone has them as they're too damned expensive and geared towards competition more than street driving.

all tirerack is trying to do it GET YOUR MONEY!!!

with the 215/35....and the 7.5" wheel.....you will REQUIRE at least a +45 for good clearance on all corners...

and you are CERTAINLY going to either lower your car or its already lowered...as 18's would look silly in a car that wasn't lowered.....and if its lowered....it makes the offset that much more critical for clearance between the tire and the fender.
