ebay intake adapter

I was just wondering if there is any difference between the sohc/dohc?

ok so this will work with both sohc/dohc right? is there any of the combo adapter/cones worth it on ebay

thanks, I know what "the metal thingy is" I was just curious about the dimensions...but thats cool, I just ordered it, whats the best cone in your opinion(s)?
