hey I'm new to the mazda seen, one quick question. this is my 1st Mazda and I just want to know if there is any freebies that I can do to make my mp5 quicker. I just baught the car last thurs. and I'm trying to work on the cosmetics first,ie;lowering, tint, rims and coilovers. so all my money is accounted for at this time. any help would be appreciated!!!

On mine I bought a K&N panel air filter, cut out the plastic on the grill in front of the stock air intake. It seemed to make a little difference. For near free with a stock look who cares....

Hmm...I dunno about free horsepower, but wieght reduction would help out. You could go all out and take out your power steering, a/c, and passenger and back seats. That's about all you could do for free though, and I personally wouldn't recommend doing any of that. Sorry.

 

i added an ractive intake and it's excellent. the car is more responsive,feels more stronger, and accelerates faster in 1st and 2nd gear . highly recommended.
